Your rage is not a problem.
It is sacred information.
For so many of us, anger was never welcomed.
We were taught to soften it, swallow it, spiritualize it, or turn it inward.
And yet- rage lives in the body whether we acknowledge it or not.
This circle is an invitation to meet your rage safely, somatically, and sacredly-
not to explore it outward, but to let it move, speak, and transform.
What If Your Rage Was Holy?
What if your anger wasn’t something to heal away, but something to listen to?
Feminine rage is ancient.
It is the fire that protects boundaries.
The force that says enough.
The energy that clears the path for truth, power, and deep self-trust.
In this circle, we honor rage as a teacher, protector, and catalyst.
The Energies We’ll Be Working With:
Kaali and Shiva🔥
Kaali: Sacred Destruction & Fierce Truth
Kaali is the raw, untamed force of feminine rage.
She is the moment when something must end.
She is the fire that burns away illusion, repression, and false peace.
Kaali appears when rage has been silenced for too long:
when boundaries have been crossed,
when truth has been swallowed,
when the body says enough.
Her destruction is not chaotic—it is precise.
She clears what no longer serves so life can move again.
In this circle, Kaali helps us:
Name what must be released
Express rage that has been held in the body
Break cycles of suppression and self-abandonment
Reclaim power without apology
Kaali gives us permission to feel everything.
Shiva: Sacred Witnessing & Steady Presence
Where Kaali is movement, Shiva is stillness.
Where Kaali is fire, Shiva is the ground that receives it.
In the mythology, it is Shiva who lies beneath Kaali’s feet-
not to stop her, but to hold her.
To witness her rage without fear.
To offer a steady presence that allows her fury to complete its cycle.
Shiva reminds us that rage does not need to be fixed, silenced, or controlled.
It needs to be seen.
In this circle, Shiva supports us by:
Creating safety through grounded presence
Helping the nervous system stay regulated while emotions move
Teaching us how to witness our own rage without judgment
Supporting integration after expression
Shiva is the part of us that says, I can feel this and survive it.
Why We Need Both
Kaali allows the rage to rise.
Shiva ensures it is held.
Together, they create a sacred container where:
Expression does not become overwhelm
Intensity does not become harm
Emotion does not turn into shame
This work is not about exploding or bypassing.
It is about feeling fully while being deeply supported.
In this circle, you will be invited to meet both:
The part of you that needs to roar
And the part of you that can witness, hold, and integrate what emerges
This is how rage becomes wisdom.
This is how fire becomes medicine.
What This Circle Is (and Is Not)
This IS:
A somatic, body-based experience
A sacred, facilitated container
A space for authentic emotional expression
Grounded, intentional, and deeply held
This is NOT:
A place to harm yourself or others
A free-for-all emotional dumping space
A performance of rage
Therapy (though it can be deeply therapeutic)
Your nervous system, consent, and agency come first. Always.

Why Somatic Rage Work Matters
Unexpressed rage doesn’t disappear.
It lodges in the jaw, the belly, the hips, the chest.
It becomes anxiety, exhaustion, resentment, numbness, or illness.
When rage is welcomed and moved through the body:
Boundaries become clearer
Energy returns
Self-trust deepens
Shame loosens its grip
This work is not about staying angry.
It’s about letting anger complete its cycle.
