how it works
a little science + a lot of magic
When we shift our breathing, we shift our state. Conscious breathing increases oxygen flow, balances the nervous system, and quiets mental chatter, allowing the body to release tension and old emotional patterns. Breathwork can bring up memories, sensations, and feelings- sometimes surprising, always deeply personal. This release makes space for clarity, peace, and renewed energy.
In my circles, we combine breathwork with music, guided prompts, and a safe, supportive container, so you can explore what’s ready to move through you and invite in what’s ready to arrive.

Whether you’re craving emotional release, spiritual connection, or simply an hour to breathe deeply and be held, this circle is a space for you. No experience is needed—just an open heart and willingness to see what your breath has to reveal.
how it works
we begin in an opening circle to open the space and set our intentions for the breath. we then transition into a holotropic breathwork journey guided by a specially crafted playlist. at the end of the breath journey we close with a group meditation to ground and complete the experience.
