I created this program because I wanted to share everything I know about creating an intimate, loving relationship with yourself and creating change within your world in a fun, easily digestible way that provides examples, support, and proof in the Universe around us.

Celebrate yourself!
You're here! You've made a wonderful commitment to exploring yourself and living more fully. What a beautiful investment and act of self-love! That deserves to be celebrated, my love.
Introduce yourself
Share a selfie with the group, and absolutely anything you feel called to at absolutely any time. It's meant to be a safe and open space for reflecting, celebrating, exploring, searching, supporting, laughing, commiserating... and so much more. Welcome yourself and welcome your fellow students! (As a rule, we will never refer to this space or our community as a "tribe.")
Plan ahead
Schedule in our group coaching calls. Do this in advance. Most seasons of Expansive Astrology include 2-4 recorded videos and 2-4 live group meetings. "Replays" will not always be made available, and you will get the most of this program when you attend these calls. You don't have to be "caught up" on the material, but you DO have to come ready to reflect, dive deep, and share yourself vulnerably.
Share, share, share!
Share what you are learning with those around you, and don't be afraid to recruit your loved ones to support you as you grow and transform. Share with the group! Your contributions matter. All of them. Nothing is "too personal," or "off topic," or "too weird," or "too anything" to share with me or with the group.

Orientation Prompts
These prompts are designed to help orient you to Expansive Astrology Academy.
Journal openly, freely, haphazardly. Trust what comes out of you; trust the process. Give your thinking mind a break! What unfolds may surprise you.
Ask yourself:
What am I hoping to gain from the next 30ish days of my life? If magic were to occur, and ALL of my dreams were to come true at the end of this, how would that look?
What will my up-level look like? What murky, sticky shit is hanging around that is keeping me from seeing that happen for myself?
What scares me most about up-leveling and embracing change?
What is keeping me from experiencing ease, flow, and vibrancy? What is bringing ease, flow, and vibrancy to me?
What might get in my way of committing to this process? What interruptions, excuses, problems, disruptions, and distractions might get in the way of diving into the lessons and the journaling? What can I do to re-commit to myself each and every day?
What do I already understand about this season’s energy? In what ways am I already empowered in this energy, and how am I disempowered?
How will reaching my dreams and experiencing more abundance, vibrancy, and happiness impact the people I love?
