you will feel supported with weekly zoom meetings with melissa to review the materials for the week, share successes and ask any questions. members also receive access to a private community full of support to guide you through Mercury Retrograde in a way that is equal parts gentle and challenging. I’m here to hold you to your own vision and goals for yourself.
guided habit cleanse
choose one thing to bring in, and one thing to let go of. (with the option to engage with a full-out intensive diet cleanse.) practice bringing one healthy habit in- yoga, walks outside, a bedtime routine- anything that will add to your life in a positive way. you will also cleanse from something that is not so supportive for you- alcohol, excessive screen time, refined sugar or gluten- anything that you could use an intentional break from.

inspired by Marsha Linehan’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy, each week of RRG includes a crash course on a different topic aimed to keep you in your power, even when things are out of control. refine your relationship with mindfulness, communication, and emotion management; use this opportunity to strip back to the essentials, and learn how to stop self-sabotage before it even has a chance.
